SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time All items are handmade to order in my UK studio. I typically process and dispatch orders within 3-5 business days. During busy periods, processing may take up to 7 business days. You'll receive a dispatch confirmation once your order is on its way.

UK Shipping I offer three shipping options for UK deliveries:

• Free Standard Shipping – 3-5 business days
• Standard Shipping (£4.99) – 3-5 business days
• Express Shipping (£6.99) – 1-2 business days

All orders are shipped with tracking. You'll receive tracking information via email once your order has been dispatched.

International Shipping I currently ship primarily within the UK. For international enquiries, please contact me directly.

Delivery Delivery times are estimates and begin from the dispatch date, not the order date. Please allow for processing time in addition to shipping time. I'm not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, but I'll do my best to help resolve any issues.
